To better facilitate discussion, Q&A and knowledge sharing, Laserfiche will be introducing a new type of class at the 2011 Laserfiche Institute Conference—roundtables.

Each of these interactive sessions will focus on one Laserfiche product/issue, and feature a panel of technical and business-implementation experts from the Development and Presales teams, as well as select customer organizations. Designed to go beyond tips, tricks and product basics, the roundtables will spark discussion about best practices, useful workarounds and common mistakes (and how to correct them!)—plus anything else you can throw at our panelists.

“We’re putting together panels that are made up of people with different perspectives and different skill sets to get the conversation started, but we want the audience to participate as well,” Jereb Cheatham, director of the Laserfiche Institute, says. “I’m particularly excited about the roundtables because although we’ve answered specific questions during Office Hours for a number of years now, this kind of knowledge sharing isn’t something we’ve offered at the Laserfiche Conference before.”
