BOLT Bridge enhances low-volume distributed scanning directly into Laserfiche. The BOLT Bridge software lets users define and store up to nine document profiles with naming, indexing, and routing. With supported scanners BOLT Bridge provides ‘one button or one click’ style scanning. Click and drag desktop and Windows Send To functions are also supported for document image files from any source.

BOLT Bridge MFP provides a folder watch poling feature for up to nine different document profiles. It supports real time document processing of document image files to Laserfiche from any local or network capture device.

BOLT Bridge utilizes an available full user license from the LF license pool temporarily while releasing scanned documents to Laserfiche. It is not necessary that the LF client be installed or running on the scan station except when on-the-fly full page OCR is desired. BOLT Bridge supports LF and Active Directory login and security. LF conventions such as required fields, drop down lists, data types, and field masking are supported.
