Compose, manage and roll-out simple eForms with our flexible, hosted LincDoc FreeForm. We designed FreeForm for those organizations with a lighter commitment to forms processes that need to streamline data collection, ensure its integrity and mitigate manual processing errors.

Managed by LincWare, FreeForm converts an existing document (Word or PDF) into a Web or Intranet accessible eForm that after completion by an end-user, seamlessly merges with a current Laserfiche environment while simultaneously presenting a final version to the external end user. Completed eForms can also be internally routed in PDF or TIFF formats. FreeForm also integrates online payment and digital signature acceptance.

As a hosted solution, form participants interact with only an easy-to-complete, breeze-through electronic form. Thus, LincWare customers receive all the benefits of an eForms solution but remain un-impacted by the administration of new software. Plus, FreeForm is an affordable addition to, or great way to start, your organization’s “greening” strategy.
