The integration between Laserfiche and Finance Logix allows for easy interaction with Laserfiche Documentation from the Logix interface. The Laserfiche button located at the Advisor Dashboard, Client, or Account level allows for full Laserfiche access for corresponding documentation. This Integration utilizes Web Access functionality to upload or scan in documents, export electronic files and briefcases, create files and folders, and edit Template data.

The Administration Configuration Page allows for mapping between Laserfiche Template Fields and Logix Entity Attributes to optimize the searching within Laserfiche. Choose the Laserfiche location to create Client Folders, which will house the Account Folders. The Configuration page allows for uploading a Laserfiche briefcase for Account entities, to create specific subfolder structures. If the Account or Client Folder does not exist in Laserfiche, the Integration will create it based on these settings. This ensures that users will find or create the appropriate Client or Account within Laserfiche when using the Integration.
