Bluelake Software’s Imaging Assistant for Laserfiche merges an industry leading client management application – Advisors Assistant®– with an industry leader in electronic document management – Laserfiche®. The result is a powerful combination for converting paper documents to electronic files tied to each client, with minimal data entry, and very little learning curve for existing Advisors Assistant users.

Click on the “Scan” icon within Advisors Assistant to invoke scanning or electronic importing documents for a given client, and when complete, file links are added to the Client’s Files List in Advisors Assistant. Simply double-click on a file in the Client Files list in Advisors Assistant to invoke the Laserfiche viewer, for viewing the document in Laserfiche.

For existing Laserfiche customers, a Document Linking utility is available from within Laserfiche to link folders and/or documents to Advisors Assistant Client records, adding file links within Advisors Assistant for a client’s documents stored within Laserfiche.
