DESCRIPTION

FicheStore Automation allows organizations to easily create and maintain a complete and current set of optical discs (CDs and/or DVDs) containing the all volumes within a Laserfiche repository. FicheStore makes backing up the documents within the repository as simple as launching the program. FicheStore intelligently analyzes each volume to see if it needs to be published to disc. FicheStore Automation accounts for things such as: last modified dates, last exported dates, last published dates, export destination free space, Volume size, Optical media size, Physical vs. logical volumes, Fixed path vs. removable, if a volume is in use, read only vs. not read only status and other considerations and takes action appropriately. FicheStore makes a process intensive task and makes it as simple and fast as possible. FicheStore concurrently performs and monitors in real time the following actions: Exporting, Burning, Labeling, Removing Exported files from the temporary export location, and monitoring current and overall status of the Laserfiche Server and Primera Bravo II Publisher. It also takes into account terminated or incomplete sessions and recovers appropriately.
