With FabSoft's Reform, documents are intelligently distributed to printers, fax, email and Laserfiche by using information extracted from the print stream - eliminating the hassle of manually entering destination information.
Reform retrieves all the necessary fax information: fax number, company name, contact name, subject, notes
All email information is obtained and can be delivered by MAPI or SMTP standards in many formats - PDF, GIF, JPEG, PCX, TIFF, BMP.
Reform can also control indexes and directory locations for Laserfiche-enabling quick and easy document retrieval.
Reform works with all major printers and can control all finishing features - bin and tray, duplexing, collating, stapling, media type, etc.
With FabSoft’s Reform, users can generate customized forms, invoices, transactional documents, etc.- giving them a professional look and feel without having to buy expensive pre-printed forms.
Users can add graphics, bar codes, line objects, colors, fonts, etc. and can also produce their own checks and labels.
