RouteLynx
| RouteLynx is an excellent solution for customers who need to route documents throughout their organization, but aren’t yet ready to implement a rules-based workflow solution. Similar to the native Laserfiche ability to route documents ad-hoc via email, RouteLynx allows users to select a recipient, add comments, and route a document. What differs RouteLynx from email, is that the document never leaves the security of the Laserfiche environment. So audit trails, access control and security are maintained as documents are routed from one individual to another. |

Number of Users is based on the Laserfiche Full and Retrieval User Licensing.
This is a document collaboration application that allows users to collaborate on documents stored in the Laserfiche repository. This application does not contain any predefined business processes and is simply a means to enter notes and route collaboration notifications from one user to another. Once a notification is received the receiving user can then simply click the notification and view any notes and documents associated with collaboration thread. The application supports email notifications and Active Directory integration for authentication. The RouteLynx application allows us the ability to provide simple document collaboration (with applicable note threads) to our Laserfiche clients who do not require full-blown workflow capability.

Our help desk has an 800 support number (1-800-923-FORM) as well as an email address (tcisupport@tci-usa.com). As an Adobe partner we use Adobe Acrobat Connect to remotely collaborate on most support issues. The URL is dynamically assigned by the support technician as needed.
