fmarlenee@laserfiche.comLONG BEACH, CA - Laserfiche Document Imaging today announced the launch of a comprehensive international support website designed to give its users broad access to technical information.
The Laserfiche Support Site is the latest in a series of initiatives designed to give users immediate answers to questions, as well as a place to register for training and webinars, download tech papers and participate in on-line forums.
“From the beginning, we have collaborated with our customers and resellers to make Laserfiche the document imaging software people use passionately,” said Nien-Ling Wacker, president and CEO. “Our users wanted an easy way to get support and find information, and we made it a priority to build them a helpful, easy-to-use resource.”
Laserfiche Institute president James Every said the support website is unique in that it gives Laserfiche users total access to product knowledge most other software companies refuse to disclose. Developed entirely with Laserfiche software and search tools, the website’s openness reflects the corporate philosophy that company officials, resellers and users should work together to develop features and resolve issues.
The Support Site is an extension of the Laserfiche Institute, a separate educational entity designed earlier this year to improve the ownership experience and fortify vendor-user dialogue.
Ongoing access to the support site is limited to customers, but Laserfiche technologists will provide editors and reporters with guided web tours of its features during late August and early September. To set an appointment, call John Weir at (562) 988-1688 ext. 225.
