The process of building a workflow is now easier than ever with the introduction of activities: pre-built, configurable processes designed to accomplish a specific task. For example, the Assign Template activity adds a specified template to an entry. Workflow 8 contains 33 different activities—a few of which appear to the right.
To build a workflow, you select activities (as many as you like), configure how each should perform and then publish the workflow. Lastly, you specify the events and conditions that will trigger your workflow.
