After a successful deployment in the city clerk’s office, Laserfiche has now expanded city-wide, thanks in no small part to Laserfiche champions City Clerk Colleen Nicol and CIO Steve Reneker.
“Laserfiche has helped us improve our business processes, reduce staff frustration and provide better public service,” Nicol says.
Having witnessed the benefits that technology can bring to city government firsthand, Nicol hopes to encourage other cities to achieve the same results. She’s on the ballot for the vice presidency for the International Institute of Municipal Clerks, where she hopes to inspire other cities to realize the benefits of technology.
