Dubai decided to use Laserfiche to convert all of the city’s paper into digital format and to accommodate documents in multiple languages increases. The Municipality of Dubai chose Laserfiche for a significant back-scanning project, because their legacy system was difficult to implement, difficult to support and difficult to use. Also, Laserfiche offered strong multi-language support – and with 85% of the Municipality’s documents in Arabic and the remaining 15% in English, this critical to Dubai’s purchasing decision.
