We're certainly not above expanding the number of categories--in fact, this year we had so many outstanding entries from government that we split it into city, county and international. And we do have the commercial category, which is sort of the "others" group you mention. What is your company and industry? We may create a new award category if others are in the same boat as you.

I would request that next year's run smarter contest have a category such as 'others' for companies that don't fall into the categories of government, healthcare, financial or education. It doesn't seem fair to put a company that isn't in those fields against those that are. I have had issues with laserfiche ever since we started using it in 2000 for just that reason. None of the user meetings or training seminars I've been to have addressed the problems we have or even understood what we do.
