Dates Announced for the 2010 Laserfiche Institute Conference

Once again, we’ll bring together the entire Laserfiche community for three days of classes, labs, presentations and networking opportunities. The conference will be an excellent opportunity to review your achievements in 2009 and discuss your plans for the year ahead.

What are the conference fees?
I am trying to do a costing and a lot of necessary information is missing off of this page.

Hi Ed,
The conference will again be at the LAX Hilton, as it has for the past few years. Look for conference fees to be announced when registration opens. Keep reading the UserNews for more information on registration, hotel information and classes - we’ll be sure to keep you informed.

With a buzz brewing regarding the 2010 Conference, it has brought to mind that as a luminary of 2009, there was a photo and interview session conducted at the conference. What was the outcome of those sessions, will those interviews or photos be made available to the individuals concerned?

Hi Rachelle, great to hear from you! We are still working on editing the interviews (which will eventually be available on the Luminary Website, luminary.laserfiche.com), but I can see about getting you a copy of your photo. That shouldn’t be a problem. And I’m sure we can send you a copy of your video when it’s edited.
Is there a chance that we’ll be able to see you and Marty, or any of the other Okotoks crew, at the Conference in 2010? Hope so!

When will the Schedule for the conference be announced? We are planning to go but are wanting to know the schedule so that we may plan flight times and such appropriately.

Hi Erik,
The conference will run from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM daily Monday, January 11 - Wednesday, January 13. Most attendees arrive on Sunday, January 10, check in to the hotel and depart either late Wednesday evening (7:00 - 8:00 PM) or early Thursday morning. The class schedule should be announced around early November, but hopefully this will give you enough information to plan your flights accordingly. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the airport; you’ll want to give yourself at least an hour to get a shuttle and transfer to your terminal.
