    All our processes are very manual with no budget for automation. We are ALWAYS looking for better ways to manage records, especially contracts. The only way I can think of, and we’ve used a couple of times, is to run a date range search. Sure would like to be able to run reports on expiring contracts though. Looking forward to the results of your search.

    Right now, we are scanning the contracts into the system and tracking expiry dates on an excel spreadsheet. I think Janet had an excellent suggestion. If in the template their was a field for an expiry or bring forward date that we were able to run reports on, it was allow us to remove another manual function from the process!!
