How Much Do Mexican Companies Lose By Using Paper Indiscriminately?
“In the last five years, the volume of paper produced by organizations at worldwide levels has increased 10 times, but in emerging economies like Mexico, this figure may be double. This hike leads to a large increase in costs, significantly reducing the profit margins and productivity,” emphasizes Sandra Vila, Laserfiche Regional Manager for Latin America. Laserfiche offers Mexico a solution to the substantial economic losses in retrieving lost paper documents, and increases employee productivity. In creating a new electronic system of record keeping versus “swimming in paper,” Vila states that employees are able to invest more time and efficiency in meetings, production, and strengthening the company.
