The award recognizes Gordon Flesch Company’s outstanding performance last quarter, including a 100% increase in total sales for the year.
Significant Q2 sales include:
- Estate Planning Professionals: 30-user Avante sale to a Columbus, OH-based RIA firm leveraging Grendel CRM integration.
- University of Illinois at Chicago: Extensive Quick Fields deployment to optimize existing system.
- Fresenius Medical Care: 14-day sales process combined cost-effective compliance and hybrid EMR messaging for Rio deal to Indianapolis-based medical billing company.
According to Scott Martin, GFC’s success is the culmination of several factors, beginning with a company-wide initiative to include Laserfiche Agile ECM as one of the 10 core competencies offered to prospects. The company has also doubled its number of sales analysts and dedicated systems engineers in each of its four regional offices.
“We have the right referrals, the right staff and the right message,” says Martin. “’Agile ECM is something we can take to any customer with a problem and show them how we can solve it right away—and how they’ll be able to multiply their ROI with future deployment to other business units and process automation.” He cites Fresenius Medical Care as an example of how effective this strategy is. “With Fresenius, we led with the message of replacing a non-compliant imaging solution and saving them $2,000 a month; but long-term, we’re talking about supporting a more comprehensive EMR system and other processes.”
Martin is confident that GFC’s Q2 sales have also raised the bar for its sales team. “Our success with Laserfiche this year is very visible and has had a tremendous impact on our culture and outlook as a company,” he says. “We are poised to become the top Laserfiche reseller.”

Based in Omaha, NE, Bishop Business (BB) doubled its Q2 sales over last year.
