Sacramento City Clerk Handles Heavy Traffic with Laserfiche

With more than 200 requests a day for specific contracts, bids and municipal records, workers in the Sacramento City Clerk’s office must have their priorities straight.

It’s a simple formula, really. Each and every citizen request, whether received by fax, phone or e-mail, receives equal treatment.

“Any time a citizen needs something, every time they fill out a request form, it is very important to us,” said City Clerk Valerie Burrowes. “It is our job and our duty to get them the information they need as quickly as possible.”
