Course Overview

All Regional Training events, with the exception of the User Workshop, are held from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily. Registration and continental breakfast is available from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM. Lunch is from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

The price of each session is per day and includes continental breakfast, lunch and morning and afternoon refreshment breaks.

User Workshop

Designed for all users, this free, all-day workshop pulls together the most popular presentations and demonstrations from January’s International Conference, as well as case study success stories from local Laserfiche Users.

Using Laserfiche

Designed for beginning and intermediate users, this course teaches you:

  • How to index, file and retrieve documents most effectively.
  • How to make the best use of the Laserfiche scanning interface and its image clean-up tools.
  • How to design templates that best meet your organization’s needs.
  • How to take full advantage of the functionality offered by Laserfiche Snapshot and Laserfiche Quick Fields.

Administering Laserfiche

Designed for intermediate to advanced users, this course teaches you:

  • How to efficiently design, install and maintain a Laserfiche system.
  • How to make the best use of the tools accessible through the Administration Console.
  • How to design and implement a comprehensive security policy that takes advantage of the security-related tools and features in the Laserfiche system.
  • How to troubleshoot problems and quickly restore system functionality.

Implementing Laserfiche Workflow 8

Designed for intermediate to advanced users, this course teaches you:

Implementing the Laserfiche Records Management Edition

Designed for intermediate to advanced users, this course teaches you:

  • How to best understand records management and RME fundamentals, as well as transparent records management, automation and other RME best practices.
  • How to translate the formal rules governing records retention from traditional schedules to a DoD-standard records management solution.
  • How to implement a records management solution according to the translated retention and disposition rules.

Developing with the Laserfiche Toolkit Libraries
