How much does LSAP cost?
LSAP costs are relative to the number of Laserfiche modules and licenses you have. Contact your reseller for a quote for LSAP services for your organization.
When does my LSAP expire?
LSAP expires one year from the purchase date. As your LSAP expiration date approaches, you will receive an invoice from your reseller. Please reply by the invoice’s due date to ensure that your LSAP service is not interrupted.

My LSAP expired several months ago. Can I still renew?
Yes. Note, however, that a reinstatement fee will apply.
How do I get technical support?
Contact your Laserfiche reseller, who will address the issue with help from Laserfiche support engineers.
