From classes and Webinars to Knowledge Base articles and online forums, you’ll find a variety of opportunities to draw on the collective knowledge of the Laserfiche community—and to contribute ideas of your own.

Education

Regional User Training: Throughout the year, our User Education staff travels around the country to offer hands-on training to Laserfiche users and administrators. From helping you become more productive to providing answers to your most pressing questions, these sessions include everything you need to get the most from your Laserfiche system.

Annual Conference: The Laserfiche Institute Conference includes a variety of classes, presentations and hands-on labs designed to make you an even savvier user of Laserfiche software. We present multiple tracks to ensure that everyone—from IT administrators to managers to users—returns to work with new skills that help them use Laserfiche to its full potential.

Laserfiche Luminaries: Many of our users play an active role in the Laserfiche community. Some of them tell their colleagues about the benefits of Laserfiche. Others speak at professional group meetings. And some of our users like Laserfiche so much, they just have to share their enthusiasm with the world. Online Forums: The Laserfiche Support Site hosts a variety of forums where you can discuss pressing issues with both Laserfiche staff and other Laserfiche users. To register a new Support Site account, click here.

Webinars: Each month, we conduct a number of free Webinars covering such topics as new system functionality and advanced configuration options. These Webinars help you stay current with the latest developments and provide an excellent opportunity for you to get answers from Laserfiche staff who develop, work with and support the software.

Marketplace: The Laserfiche Marketplace™ features integrations between Laserfiche and third-party applications created by our Professional Developer Partnership™ (PDP) members. In addition to reading in-depth information about each integration, you can contact technical services personnel to discuss your unique needs and request a demonstration.

User Groups: Both Laserfiche and our resellers host user group meetings around the country. Join us to learn best practices, to preview new products and functionality, and to network with other Laserfiche users in your area.

Knowledge Base: Our searchable Knowledge Base helps you stay informed of known issues and workarounds.

Downloads: A Downloads Page provides you with access to the latest versions of Laserfiche products, as well as various utilities, hotfixes, patches and other items.

Training Material: White papers, videos and other educational materials provide you with “how-to” information, best practice recommendations and more.

Code Library: The Code Library contains code created by Laserfiche developers to help you customize your system and integrate Laserfiche with third-party applications. You can also review code posted by other Laserfiche users—and contribute your own code as well.
