July 15 2022

Training will be conducted from 10 am - 12 pm and from 1 pm - 3 pm Pacific Time. See below for the full agenda.

Ready to see it all in action? In this hands-on introductory training session, you will learn how to connect Business Processes, Workflows, and other tools in Process Automation to create robust, automated solutions for common business needs. Gain practical knowledge that will help you identify which features to use and how to leverage them successfully in your business process.

In this session, you will learn how to:

  • Automate a process using Laserfiche while considering best practices
  • Streamline processes by connecting components within Process Automation
  • Design robust processes and troubleshoot common configuration issues

It is recommended that you attend Creating Your First Business Process, Getting Started with Process Automation Tools, and Getting Started with Workflow or have previous knowledge of these features prior to attending this class.

This course is intended for Laserfiche Cloud users. For self-hosted specific training opportunities, please see our Events page.

Details on the Virtual Training experience:
Trainees will be given access to their own virtualized environment to click along in the software and learn. During the training, dedicated Laserfiche instructors will be able to monitor each environment and jump in to help as questions arise. All you need to do is ask your question via chat or raise your hand in the training environment.

For the ideal training experience, it is recommended that you have two monitors and a stable internet connection for this virtual training. This will allow you to view the instructor's screen and your own virtual environment at the same time. Login credentials and instructions will be communicated to each attendee prior to the training session.
