As CEO, Wacker sets Laserfiche’s strategic vision and drives business growth. With 30 years of industry experience, he has a unique perspective on connecting inspiration and information, technology’s capabilities and the human touch. He is committed to leading a customer-centric organization, inspired by the Laserfiche community and its passion for efficiency.
As an expert in aligning technology with business goals, Chan oversees every aspect of product development. Under his leadership, Laserfiche software evolved from a document management system to a full suite of content management, automation and analytics solutions. In 2015, Chan received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Los Angeles Business Journal.
Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Wayman is responsible for Laserfiche operation, overseeing the data analytics team, customer relationship management and asset management. Wayman joined Laserfiche in 1996 and has since held various leadership positions, including vice president of asset management and professional services.
VP and CFO
Eisner joined Laserfiche as CFO in 2004, and has helped grow the company into the largest privately held ECM software developer in the world. He previously served as CFO at Multiquip, one of the world’s largest manufacturers and suppliers of industrial products and solutions.
VP of Corporate Strategy and CIO
Phelps oversees Laserfiche vertical marketing, analyst relations, corporate training and enterprise IT governance. He speaks on cybersecurity at industry events, guest lectures at USC and CSULB, and is a UCLA IS Associates, Ascend Los Angeles and ISACA Los Angeles board member.
Based in Hong Kong, Tang manages resellers across five continents while working closely with Laserfiche corporate headquarters on worldwide business development, and localization of software and marketing campaigns for international markets.
Senior VP of Sales
Belttary oversees Laserfiche’s channel business, driving marketing and sales initiatives that emphasize product training, education and vendor partnerships. Her experience includes managing distribution and VAR channel service at Fujitsu, and founding her own reseller organization, giving her a unique perspective on channel needs.
VP of Marketing
Nichols is responsible for setting the strategic direction and goals for Laserfiche’s global marketing initiatives. He brings over 20 years of industry experience, most recently leading marketing efforts for the Fraud Line of Business for FICO.
Strout leads the Laserfiche legal team, overseeing business transactions in negotiating critical contracts. Her experience spans two decades, and includes practicing in multiple industries, including technology, media and entertainment, real estate and healthcare.
