This month, the United States is celebrating Women’s History Month. At Laserfiche, we’re celebrating the powerful, innovative women who have contributed to the success of our company.
Women have long struggled for equal footing on the professional playing field—particularly in the technology industry. Diversity reports show that women only make up about 30 percent of the total workforce at many major tech companies.
At Laserfiche, however, nearly 50 percent of employees are women, and more than 50 percent of director-level positions are held by women. Even more notable is that 36.7 percent of the Laserfiche development team is made up of women, far surpassing the national average of 19 percent.
