This service resides between a COLD computer, such as an AS400, and Laserfiche. It automatically generates folder structures in Laserfiche based on how you want your information to flow from COLD to Laserfiche.
The STG COLD Service improves productivity through automating the capture process. It will reduce the labor cost of scanning and manually indexing COLD documents. This is a hands-off, automated COLD workflow process that can be easily tailored to fit most COLD applications. With support for standard COLD forms, it is easy to get up and running with STG COLD. You can store both the image and text in Laserfiche. Also, dynamically create your folders and fields in Laserfiche using data from your COLD documents. This helps create consistent naming and filing conventions without manual input and verification.
