The Orion Advisor Services Reporting integration supplies the ability to archive Orion Advisor Services Reports to Laserfiche based on date range and Household name. After providing both their Laserfiche and Orion credentials, users are able to configure settings specific to their document archiving needs.
The Directory Settings allows the user to configure dynamic folder structures based on Orion Advisor Services metadata tokens provided, and static text. This gives various options for archival organization.
The Template Settings allows for any Laserfiche Template to be assigned to archived Reports. The Field values can then be populated with Orion Advisor Services metadata upon document creation, making it easier to retrieve the Reports at a later date.
