DUBAI, UAE (Laserfiche International)—March 5, 2013—Laserfiche International (booth P4) today announced that Mr. Niyas Abdulrahiman, Chief IT Advisor, and Mr. Manaf Kamil, Senior Application Engineer, will showcase how ASPIRE Zone Foundation (AZF) uses Laserfiche enterprise content management software to automate a variety of business processes, including correspondence management.

The presentation will take place at Gartner Symposium/ITxpo Dubai on Wednesday, March 6, from 1:15 – 1:45 pm in the Joharah Ballroom 6 at the Madinat Jumeirah Hotel.

Located in Qatar, AZF is an umbrella organization established to unify three existing lines of business:  Aspire Logistic, Aspire Academy, Aspetar Sports Medicine Hospital. While the organization’s major focus is on sports development, core interests of the three business units include education, healthcare, facilities management, and civil and electrical engineering.

Using Laserfiche, AZF manages correspondence and information flow among internal business units, and also with external entities like governmental bodies, contractors and associations inside and outside Qatar.

According to Abdulrahiman, “A diverse organization like AZF relies heavily on the availability of information to achieve its vision. We implemented a number of Laserfiche workflows designed to automate existing manual processes, reduce the impact of change and at the same time increase efficiency and productivity.”

Laserfiche International, a platinum sponsor, will be present at booth P4 in the Expo Hall throughout the event to answer questions about Aspire Zone’s use of Laserfiche software.
