City of Lewisville Shares Secrets of Success at Texas Municipal League Conference

HOUSTON, TX (Laserfiche)—October 11, 2011—Laserfiche is pleased to announce that the City of Lewisville, TX, a Laserfiche customer since 2006, will present an educational session titled, “Using Enterprise Content Management to Optimize HR, Records Management, and Your Entire City” at the 2011 Texas Municipal League Conference on Wednesday, October 12, from 10:30 – 11:45 am.
The conference will be held at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston.
“We initially implemented Laserfiche in our HR department to centralize employee records management,” said Julie Heinze, Lewisville’s City Secretary, who will co-present the session with Human Resources Director Melinda Galler. “HR’s success helped me get buy-in for expanding our use of the system city-wide. Using Laserfiche, we’ve improved our internal processes to deliver better citizen service. During our speaking session, we’ll share how cities across Texas can do the same!”
