Laserfiche Breaks Ground on New Corporate Headquarters

2 min read

This week, Laserfiche breaks ground on a new global headquarters in Long Beach, California. The new 102,848-square-foot Laserfiche headquarters is located in the Bixby Knolls neighborhood and will help to accommodate the company’s rapid growth.

The building will enable Laserfiche to double its global employee count, resulting in the introduction of hundreds of new jobs to Long Beach. Laserfiche also recently announced an expanded leadership team, with Anna Kyritsis joining as vice president of finance, responsible for developing strategies to promote and support the company’s growth and profitability.

This exciting milestone is yet another example of how Laserfiche—which moved its headquarters to Long Beach home in 2001—is invested in Long Beach and dedicated to building relationships with the communities in which it operates.

Earlier this year, the City of Long Beach expanded its partnership with Laserfiche in order to help digitally transform and modernize citizen services. The city is using Laserfiche across all departments, supporting Long Beach’s efforts to provide innovative public service and improve accessibility and usability of information. By implementing Laserfiche as a cross-departmental information management system, the city is now able to:

  • Digitize and centralize records, increasing access to the most accurate and up-to-date information
  • Automate and streamline processes, enabling city employees to redirect focus to citizen services
  • Leverage analytics to measure productivity, citizen engagement and the success of public programs

In addition, as part of the company’s corporate social responsibility initiative, #LaserficheCares, over the last year, Laserfiche employees contributed more than 1,500 volunteer hours and partnered with nonprofits that empower sustainable community development, including:

  • Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles
  • Iridescent
  • Surfrider Foundation
  • STEM Advantage
  • Long Beach Rescue Mission
  • YMCA of Greater Long Beach
  • The LGBTQ Center (Long Beach)
The Laserfiche team partners with Habitat for Humanity LA to regularly participate in local home-building events.

These and other commitments to product innovation have led to growth in the Laserfiche workforce, necessitating the need for a new global headquarters. The Laserfiche team looks forward to continued success, and the opportunity to continue driving innovation in Long Beach and beyond.
