Increase the administrative visibility into your Laserfiche repository with Audit Trail. Learn how to configure Audit Trail to track actions in your repository and configure reports on those actions for compliance and security purposes. Follow our Laserfiche expert trainers in this hands-on training, as we explore the events Audit Trail tracks and records in your repository, such as changing metadata values, deleting documents, administrative actions and more.

In this session, you will learn how to:

• Configure the Audit Trail reporting interface
• Run reports to monitor system activity
• Use Audit Trail for security and information governance

This course is intended for both Laserfiche Cloud and self-hosted users. All tools and materials covered in this course apply to both platforms.

Details on the Virtual Training experience:
Trainees will be given access to their own virtualized environment to click along in the software and learn. During the training, dedicated Laserfiche instructors will be able to monitor each environment and jump in to help as questions arise. All you need to do is ask your question via chat or raise your hand in the training environment.

For the ideal training experience, it is recommended that you have two monitors and a stable internet connection for this virtual training. This will allow you to view the instructor's screen and your own virtual environment at the same time. Login credentials and instructions will be communicated to each attendee prior to the training session.
