As CEO, Wacker sets Laserfiche’s strategic vision and drives business growth. With 30 years of industry experience, he has a unique perspective on connecting inspiration and information, technology’s capabilities and the human touch. He is committed to leading a customer-centric organization, inspired by the Laserfiche community and its passion for efficiency.

Karl Chan

President

Karl Chan oversees the development of Laserfiche since 1998. His team is responsible for delivering the industry leading intelligent content management, business process automation. and analytics solutions. Karl has led the push to transform Laserfiche from an on-premises software to a SaaS system.

Karl started at Laserfiche in 1980. He began his career as a software systems engineer. He has a master’s degree in computer science and a bachelor’s degree in engineering. In 2015, Chan received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Los Angeles Business Journal.

Peter Wayman

Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President, Wayman is responsible for Laserfiche operation, overseeing the professional services team, and asset management. Wayman joined Laserfiche in 1996 and has since held various leadership positions.

Hedy Belttary

Senior VP of Sales

Belttary oversees Laserfiche’s channel/solution provider programs – driving initiatives that emphasize product training, solution sales, and vendor partnerships. Her experience with Laserfiche spans two decades and includes running her own Laserfiche value-added reseller organization – a role that provided her with a deep understanding of the needs of the channel. Her previous experience also includes managing two tier distribution for service sales at Fujitsu. From 2016 to 2020 she earned the title of Channel Chief and from 2015 to 2019 she was named a Woman of the Channel by CRN.

Thomas Phelps IV

SVP of Corporate Strategy and CIO

Phelps leads Laserfiche Business Innovation and Technology, which includes ITS, GRC, Business Transformation Office and Product & Customer Support—along with data analytics, analyst relations and strategic alliances. Formerly with PwC and Motorola, he has extensive experience working with Fortune 500 companies on technology initiatives. He is the Vice Chair of Innovate@UCLA and an accredited ISACA CISA© instructor. Thomas is an Adjunct Professor in USC Leventhal’s Master in Accounting with Data and Analytics.

Wylie Strout

General Counsel

Strout leads the Laserfiche legal team, overseeing business transactions in negotiating critical contracts. Her experience spans two decades, and includes practicing in multiple industries, including technology, media and entertainment, and healthcare.

Sean Tang

Managing Director, LFI and VP of International Business

Based in Hong Kong, Tang works with major stakeholders across five continents to identify and execute on international business development opportunities. Leading Laserfiche International Consulting (LFIC) development of strategic solutions, he works closely with Laserfiche corporate headquarters, leveraging 15 years of international sales experience managing high-level operations and reseller relationships.

Anna Kyritsis

CFO and VP of Finance

Kyritsis is responsible for aligning financial policies and procedures with Laserfiche’s growth across all areas of business, as well as developing further financial strategies to promote and support its future expansions. Her experience spans nearly two decades and has focused on financial management for large privately held companies. She was CFO for largest specialty cheese manufacturer in the US.

Channing Fleetwood

VP of Marketing

Fleetwood leads Laserfiche’s global marketing organization including brand, public relations, digital, creative, events, product marketing, industry marketing, and customer experience teams. He sets the strategic vision and road map for the Laserfiche brand and his teams are responsible for advancing the company’s position in the areas of global brand awareness, lead generation, customer expansion and retention. Prior to joining Laserfiche in 2016 he worked for in-flight internet provider, Gogo and at top marketing agencies representing clients including Microsoft, Verizon, Delta Airlines, Coke & P&G.
