    Please note: The points-redemption model is coming to a close. Champions can earn points for eligible activities through Dec. 31, 2026, at 5 p.m. PT and redeem points through Feb. 28, 2027, at 5 p.m. PT. Rewards are subject to availability and while supplies last.

    Champions can continue earning points for eligible activities through Dec. 31, 2026, at 5 p.m. PT.

    Existing Champion points remain available for redemption through Feb. 28, 2027, at 5 p.m. PT.

    Champion points must be redeemed by Feb. 28, 2027, at 5 p.m. PT.

    Any Champion points remaining after Feb. 28, 2027, at 5 p.m. PT will become void and irredeemable and will not carry forward to future Champion activities or programs.

    Yes, while supplies last and subject to availability. The current reward catalog includes Laserfiche swag, Aspire and instructor-led training promo codes and Experience Rewards. Rewards will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Go to the Point Submission form and sign in. Enter your business email address and press “Tab.” Scroll to the Champion Point Summary at the bottom of the page to view your current balance.​

    Automatic points continue through Dec. 31, 2026, for webinar registration and attendance, Laserfiche Certification Paths Training, Laserfiche Certification Paths Assessment (Gold or Platinum), instructor-led training, participation in a Customer Feedback Panel and Champion Virtual Lounge attendance.

    You need a minimum of 5,000 points to redeem Champion rewards. Points must be redeemed by Feb. 28, 2027, at 5 p.m. PT.

    No. Champion points are non-transferable.

    No. The final 2026 Top 5 Champions receive one Empower 2027 conference pass. Travel and lodging are not included. If a Top 5 Champion cannot attend, the pass will go to the next eligible Champion.

    Experience Rewards

    Complete the Point Redemption form and select your Experience Reward. A member of the Laserfiche Champion Program team will contact you to finalize your reward and delivery.

    Pizza Party 50,000 Up to $150 for pizza and non-alcoholic beverages; intended for approximately 6–8 people.
    Dinner and a Movie for 2 50,000 Up to $200. Travel and other expenses are not included.
    Local Amusement Park for 2 75,000 Two tickets; budget up to $250. Travel and other expenses are not included.
    Local Pro Sports Tickets for 2 75,000 Two tickets; budget up to $250. Travel and other expenses are not included.
    Las Vegas Show + Hotel Bundle 100,000 Two show tickets plus a 1–2 night hotel stay; budget up to $500. Transportation and other travel expenses are not included.

    After you submit the Point Redemption form, a Laserfiche Champion Program team member will contact you to finalize the reward and delivery method, such as a digital voucher, venue gift card or similar.

    Experience Rewards may have age, venue, height, location or budget restrictions. It is your responsibility to review and comply with any restrictions that apply to your selected reward.

    We strive to offer Experience Rewards globally. Availability may differ by region due to legal restrictions or vendor limitations. Regional restrictions may also apply.

    If an event is canceled or rescheduled, contact the event organizer or venue directly for related inquiries, including refunds or exchanges. Laserfiche’s responsibility is limited to providing the Experience Reward, such as a digital voucher or similar.

    Yes. You may redeem your points for yourself or for someone else to enjoy. Most rewards are provided as digital vouchers or similar, which can simplify gifting.

    Experience Rewards may have their own expiration dates. Review the reward details carefully before redeeming and using your reward.

    Experience Rewards are typically final sale. Returns or exchanges may not be possible, especially for time-sensitive rewards such as event tickets. Review the reward details before redeeming.
