In this course, explore the features of electronic record management to improve efficiency and create tailored compliance solutions for your organization. Follow our Laserfiche trainers in practical exercises to learn about implementing records management within Laserfiche and what is necessary to plan your file system, configure rules in your repository, and manage records successfully.

In this session, you will learn about:

  • Records management tools available in Laserfiche
  • Rules to define and configure optimal records management
  • Options to automate filing, approval processes, notifications, and more

This course is intended for both Laserfiche Cloud and self-hosted users. All tools and materials covered in this course apply to both platforms.

Details on the Virtual Training experience:
Trainees will be given access to their own virtualized environment to click along in the software and learn. During the training, dedicated Laserfiche instructors will be able to monitor each environment and jump in to help as questions arise. All you need to do is ask your question via chat or raise your hand in the training environment.

For the ideal training experience, it is recommended that you have two monitors and a stable internet connection for this virtual training. This will allow you to view the instructor's screen and your own virtual environment at the same time. Login credentials and instructions will be communicated to each attendee prior to the training session.
