This Certification is designed for users who have taken a records management role at their organization. It validates your knowledge how to explain the concept of records management with Laserfiche, translate a retention schedule from their organization into a retention schedule in Laserfiche, create a Record Series Hierarchy, process dispositions and perform actions on records, create records management reports with web client and audit trail, and describe transparent records management. Completing the assessment at the end of this series will also contribute towards your Laserfiche Certification.
