Laserfiche has been proactively expanding its privacy management and information security programs. Laserfiche’s goal is to more readily address rapidly changing privacy regulations applicable to its business, wherever they might be found.
The General Data Protection Regulation promulgated by the European Union comes into effect on May 25, 2018. GDPR is the most robust data privacy regulation established to date by a governmental body. As a global company, Laserfiche is prepared. Laserfiche is committed to building its data protection programs by design and by default.

DATA PROTECTION OFFICER
Laserfiche appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) as required by GDPR. The DPO’s role is to assist Laserfiche in complying with all privacy regulations.
PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
Laserfiche has conducted an internal audit of its systems, policies and practices surrounding storage of data including Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in order to comply with applicable privacy regulations.
