Laserfiche congratulates the Town of Marana, AZ, for being named one of the most advanced digital cities in America by the Center for Digital Government and Digital Communities.

In recent years, Marana has improved service delivery by creating an online portal that allows citizens to easily reserve town facilities; register for recreational classes offered by the Parks & Recreation Department; submit inquiries or concerns to the town; and view interactive maps.

“The Town of Marana’s Technology Services Department strives to continuously evolve its business process-centered approach to projects,” says Brian Stein, Technology Manager. “We do this by always making sure the end of the project or task is completed with the best interests of the town’s citizens in mind.”

“The Town of Marana has an innovative approach to managing technology projects,” said Chris Wacker, Laserfiche CEO. “We’re proud that it uses Laserfiche to automate business processes that are aligned with its strategic plan.”
