LONG BEACH, CA (Laserfiche) Sept. 12, 2008—Laserfiche and iCompass Technologies announced today that they have partnered to ease meeting management demands for public sector professionals.

As one of Laserfiche’s newest Professional Developer Partnership™ (PDP) program members, iCompass’ CivicWeb Meeting Management Solution will provide Laserfiche customers with meeting management capabilities, including agenda and minutes management tools and associated action tracking capabilities.

“The lifeblood of public sector organizations is the never-ending cycle of meetings,” said iCompass President and CEO, Todd Stone. “CivicWeb will help Laserfiche clients support and streamline meeting and information management functions that are so critical to the success and effectiveness of meeting cycles.”

CivicWeb is designed to remove the frustrations of manual, time-consuming tasks by streamlining the extensive effort related to managing information and preparing for, holding and following-up on the endless meeting cycles within public sector organizations. CivicWeb provides increased visibility into the entire meeting process through a “dashboard” view of all agendas, minutes and actions created, approved, distributed, and stored throughout the organization.

The iCompass integration will be featured on Laserfiche’s online Marketplace of third-party integrations, designed for customers who are looking to leverage the customizations, configurations, and integrations that others have already implemented.
