Laserfiche Announces Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited, MultiMed Billing Services and Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust as Run Smarter® Award Winners

LONG BEACH, CA (January 16, 2014)—Laserfiche has announced the winners for the healthcare category of its annual Run Smarter® Awards program.
Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited is a research-based international pharmaceutical company serving customers in over 150 countries. Laserfiche is the standard ECM system for all Ranbaxy departments around the world, enabling strong adherence to compliance and regulation.
According to Aparna Mazumdar, Senior Manager, R&D IT, “With Laserfiche, we now have a strong, reliable and auditable review process. Royal Devon & Exeter NHS Foundation Trust piloted Laserfiche as the core of its electronic medical records (EMR) system in 2012 and 2013. Moving forward, it will hold all of the Trust’s archived and active patient records, providing clinicians with instant access to them.
