Laserfiche Run Smarter Awards Honor Organizations for Innovative Customer Experience Initiatives

Laserfiche announced today that the City of Corpus Christi, TX, and Noventis Credit Union are Run Smarter® Award winners for significantly enhancing the customer experience in their organizations.

- City of Corpus Christi, TX: The City of Corpus Christi plays host to a wide range of events throughout the year. To streamline the event permit process, the city’s IT department used Laserfiche to bring the application online. It is anticipated that the new event permitting application process could save the city nearly 800 hours of work per year.
- Noventis Credit Union: Based in Manitoba, Canada, Noventis Credit Union aims to ensure quick, accurate and friendly member interaction across its 11 branches. The credit union used Laserfiche to make its lending process paperless, shortening the time it takes for the organization to disburse a loan from hours or days to just minutes.
Each year, the Run Smarter Awards program recognizes organizations that use Laserfiche enterprise content management (ECM) software to improve productivity, transform business processes and realize visionary initiatives. The Laserfiche Run Smarter® Award winners were announced during the Laserfiche Empower 2017 Conference. In total, 31 organizations from around the world were honored during the event.
