DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (Laserfiche International)—October 14, 2012—Laserfiche International (LFI) today announced that it will demonstrate the latest version of Laserfiche Rio, the software system that saves Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) more than US $250,000 a year, at GITEX Technology Week (Booth # A7-20, Hall 7).

“Laserfiche Rio’s powerful workflow tools and the Laserfiche SharePoint Integration have simplified information sharing and automated operations between departments,” said Sina Khoory, ENOC’s Group IT Manager.

One of the many departments that uses Laserfiche Rio is the internal audit department, which automates the submission of Employee Acknowledgement and Conflict of Interest forms. This saves the company “at least 6,000 hours of staff time a year, which translates to US $240,000,” said Ram Mohan Narayanan, Manager of Planning and Performance Management in ENOC’s IT Department. ENOC’s paper storage savings alone amount to US $28,800 per year.

“Laserfiche Rio combines comprehensive ECM functionality with flexible business process management tools to effectively manage and process information,” said Sean Tang, LFI’s Vice President of International Business. “We’re pleased to introduce this simple and elegant software solution—which is fully supported in Arabic—to this year’s GITEX attendees.”

GITEX attracts more than 138,000 ICT professionals from more than 140 countries. Laserfiche will be exhibiting in Hall 7, Booth A7-20, with exclusive MENA distributor BMB sal (Lebanon). A number of Laserfiche VARs will also be present in the booth, including Integrated Solutions for Business (Saudi Arabia); Itqan Holding (Qatar); Kuwait United Company for Copies & Computer Services (Kuwait); Clicks Information Technology Services (Kuwait); PIXEL Digital Systems LLC (Dubai); and Mazroui & Partners (UAE).
