Long Beach, CA – (March 1, 2018) Laserfiche—the leading global provider of enterprise content management (ECM) software—has promoted Peter Wayman to executive vice president.

In his new role, Wayman, who previously served as vice president of asset management since 2015, will be responsible for the company’s strategic direction and global operations. He will continue to report directly to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Chris Wacker.

Wayman holds a B.S. degree in physics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a M.S in electrical engineering from Columbia University. He joined Laserfiche in 1996, and held various positions in Laserfiche’s development and sales organizations before being promoted to vice president of asset management and professional services. In this role, he led the development and management of the Laserfiche asset management function—including setting corporate strategy for fixed assets management, professional services and consulting, and IT service management.
