Long Beach, CA – Laserfiche® announced its partnership with Software Connections, LLC, today. This new Laserfiche Professional Developer Partnership Member™ (PDP) from Baton Rouge, LA, has developed a powerful tool called the Laserfiche Connector (LFConnector), a document capture and distribution tool that gives the customer more capabilities. The LFConnector acts as an interface between the user’s eCopy-enabled multifunctional printer or scanner and Laserfiche’s electronic document management system.

She says that the LFConnector is a bonus because it is user friendly and doubles scanning capabilities. “One of the nice things that the LFConnector does is it turns copiers — which most companies already have in place — into scan stations. Users can just log on as they normally would and scan directly into Laserfiche and the Laserfiche security follows them.” Williams says that offering the LFConnector has opened more doors for them. “It allows us to provide more options, better service, and quicker solutions.”
